Varsity Winter Work-outs Saturdays
10 - 2 & Tuesdays 3:30 -4:30 (weight room)
Yes, it’s that time again! Wall sits,
jump ropes, and of course the always requested ABS workout, plus
LOTS OF
STICK DRILLS! Saturdays starting 12/5 @ 10:00 – 12:00. New players are
welcome and encouraged to attend. Goggles and mouth pieces are mandatory
in order to practice. If you were not a member of the team last year but are interested
in playing, please register online so we have your contact

Modified / JV Girls Lacrosse
Attention girls grades 6th–10th! We
are hosting Saturday morning lacrosse skills and drills sessions
11/14 through 12/5 from 10:00-12:00 in the school gym. MPH currently
has a Varsity team and would love to develop a Modified or JV team! This
is open to players of all skill levels – beginners are encouraged to
learn this fun, fast-paced game. Goggles and mouth pieces are mandatory
in order to practice. Extra sticks are available! Run by Bob Jaworski,

MPH lacrosse coaches Bob Jaworski and
Derek Wolfanger are hosting a youth lacrosse instructional program
for boys and girls in Kindergarten through Grade 8. Newcomers to the
sport and experienced players are welcome!
